Pre-Serato, Side A provides a trip through his crates of club, house, and other “booty music.” The mix feature classic tracks ranging from well known bootybass pioneers like 2 Live Crew and DJ Assault to the house legend Cajmere to Baltimore Club classics by scene legends like DJ Technics and the Doo Dew Kidz. Enjoy this slice of DC/Bmore scene history and keep your eyes out for Side B, Titts’s take on classic hip-hop.” - Mr West, Role Models Podcast

Here’s my first re-edit remix thingy for all you dj’s and music lovers out there. Just a little bit fun. I used a Busy Signal track named, Wooeei Gal Wooeeii which is quality by its self anyway. I’ve just added a beat and some bits to make it fit into my sets more smoothly.

This is an exclusive the french label Moveltraxx sent us off the remix EP they released for Chicago rapper Mista Wish. The original is footwork-influenced radio-rap track produced by DJ Nephets that’s been getting some airplay in the Midwest. As usual, the legendary Scottie B slays the track. No one in the club game can make just “think” break and and Bass Drum sound so good. Parts of this track remind me of his classic “Niggaz Fightin’“. Even the synths he chops for the remix sound similar to the horn sample in “Niggaz Fightin’”, but there is definitely something new going on too. The build up before the “Heys” drop around 1:30 is ridiculous.
